Terms and Conditions

By using Trickle ("the Site", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
Trickle (trcklepay.com) lets users earn "Coins", an internal currency of the Site, by completing tasks, watching ads, and completing offers and surveys provided by third-party partners. Earned Coins can be withdrawn as cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, POL) subject to the minimum amounts below. The conversion rate is 1,000 Coins = 1 US dollar. The rate may be changed by the Site with prior notice to users.
2. Your account
- The information you provide when registering must be accurate.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be closed and any balance on them forfeited.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to register.
3. Rewards and withdrawals
- Rewards are credited only for genuine, valid completion of a task, offer or survey, as confirmed by the partner company.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by our team before they are processed.
- Minimum withdrawal: US$1 (1,000 Coins) for LTC and POL; US$5 (5,000 Coins) for BTC, ETH and USDT. Minimums and available payment methods are shown on the Site and may change.
- Entering a wrong wallet address is entirely your responsibility. Check the address carefully before confirming.
- We reserve the right to reject or delay any suspicious withdrawal request until it has been verified.
4. Referrals
- You earn a percentage of the earnings of every user who signs up with your referral code.
- The percentage increases with your level on the Site, according to the published table.
- Referrals that look fraudulent (for example, accounts registered from the same network address) are reviewed manually before any commission is credited, and may be cancelled permanently if fraud is confirmed.
5. Advertising campaigns (advertisers)
- Every advertising campaign is subject to review and approval by the Site before it is shown to users.
- The campaign budget is reserved from your purchase balance as soon as the campaign is created.
- If a campaign is rejected, the full amount is returned to your balance.
- Advertising content that is unlawful, abusive or fraudulent is prohibited.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following is strictly prohibited. Any violation leads to immediate suspension or deletion of the account and loss of any unwithdrawn balance, without any obligation on the Site to compensate you.
- Creating fake or multiple accounts.
- Using bots or automated tools to complete tasks or offers.
- Trying to exploit any technical vulnerability in the Site to obtain rewards you are not entitled to.
- Manipulating the referral system (self-referral, fake accounts).
7. Limitation of liability
We do our best to calculate rewards accurately, but we are not responsible for delays or errors on the part of external offer and survey partners in confirming your completion.
We are not responsible for losses caused by withdrawal details entered incorrectly by the user, or for service interruptions caused by technical reasons beyond our control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the nature of the violation.

باستخدامك موقع Trickle ("الموقع"، "نحن") فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام بالكامل. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند منها فيرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. طبيعة الخدمة
يتيح Trickle (trcklepay.com) للمستخدمين كسب "كوينز" (عملة داخلية للموقع) عن طريق إكمال المهام ومشاهدة الإعلانات وإتمام العروض والاستطلاعات المقدّمة من شركاء خارجيين. يمكن سحب الكوينز المكتسبة كعملات رقمية (BTC وETH وUSDT وLTC وPOL) مع مراعاة الحدود الدنيا الموضحة أدناه. معدل التحويل: 1000 كوين = 1 دولار أمريكي، ويحق للموقع تغييره مع إشعار مسبق للمستخدمين.
2. حسابك
- يجب أن تكون البيانات التي تدخلها عند التسجيل صحيحة ودقيقة.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص. الحسابات المتعددة لنفس الشخص ستُغلق ويُفقد أي رصيد فيها.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك.
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل (أو السن القانونية في بلدك) للتسجيل.
3. المكافآت والسحب
- تُضاف المكافآت فقط عند الإكمال الفعلي والصحيح للمهمة أو العرض أو الاستطلاع، وبعد تأكيده من الشركة الشريكة.
- تتم مراجعة طلبات السحب يدويًا من فريقنا قبل تنفيذها.
- الحد الأدنى للسحب: 1 دولار (1000 كوين) لعملتي LTC وPOL، و5 دولارات (5000 كوين) لعملات BTC وETH وUSDT. الحدود الدنيا وطرق الدفع المتاحة معلنة داخل الموقع وقابلة للتغيير.
- إدخال عنوان محفظة خاطئ مسؤوليتك الكاملة، لذا تأكد من صحة العنوان قبل التأكيد.
- نحتفظ بحق رفض أو تأجيل أي طلب سحب مشتبه فيه إلى حين التحقق منه.
4. نظام الإحالة
- تحصل على نسبة من أرباح كل مستخدم يسجّل بكود الإحالة الخاص بك.
- تزيد النسبة مع ارتفاع مستواك في الموقع وفق الجدول المعلن.
- الإحالات التي يُشتبه في أنها احتيالية (مثل تسجيل حسابات من نفس عنوان الشبكة) تُراجع يدويًا قبل احتساب أي عمولة، وقد تُلغى نهائيًا إذا ثبت الاحتيال.
5. الحملات الإعلانية (للمعلنين)
- تخضع كل حملة إعلانية لمراجعة الموقع وموافقته قبل ظهورها للمستخدمين.
- يُحجز مبلغ الحملة من رصيد الشراء فور إنشائها.
- إذا رُفضت الحملة يُعاد المبلغ بالكامل إلى رصيدك.
- يُمنع الإعلان عن محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء أو احتيالي.
6. السلوكيات الممنوعة
السلوكيات التالية ممنوعة تمامًا، وأي مخالفة تؤدي إلى تجميد الحساب أو حذفه فورًا وفقدان أي رصيد غير مسحوب، دون أي التزام على الموقع بالتعويض.
- إنشاء حسابات وهمية أو متعددة.
- استخدام بوتات أو أدوات آلية لإكمال المهام أو العروض.
- محاولة استغلال أي ثغرة تقنية في الموقع للحصول على مكافآت غير مستحقة.
- التلاعب بنظام الإحالة (الإحالة الذاتية أو الحسابات الوهمية).
7. حدود المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لضمان دقة حساب المكافآت، لكننا غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو خطأ من الشركاء الخارجيين (العروض والاستطلاعات) في تأكيد إكمالك.
ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة ناتجة عن إدخال المستخدم بيانات سحب خاطئة، أو عن انقطاع الخدمة لأسباب تقنية خارجة عن إرادتنا.
8. تعديل الشروط
يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التعديل موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.
9. إنهاء الحساب
يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، مع إشعار مسبق أو بدونه بحسب طبيعة المخالفة.
10. التواصل واللغة
لأي استفسار عن هذه الشروط راسلنا على [email protected]. هذه الشروط متوفرة بالإنجليزية والعربية، وعند وجود أي اختلاف بين النسختين تُعتمد النسخة الإنجليزية.
