Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Trickle ("the Site", "we", "us") collects, how we use and protect it, and when we share it. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data we collect
To run the Site and pay your rewards correctly we collect:
- Account data: username, email address and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
- Usage data: the tasks, offers and surveys you complete, your Coins balance and your activity history on the Site.
- Withdrawal data: the wallet address you provide when requesting a withdrawal, used only to send your payout.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the approximate country derived from your IP address. We use this for security, fraud prevention (for example detecting fake accounts referring themselves) and to pick a suitable language.
- Partner data: when you complete an offer or survey from a third party, they send us a confirmation (a tracking ID and the reward amount), not additional personal details about you.
2. How we use your data
- Operating your account and calculating your balance and rewards accurately.
- Processing withdrawal requests.
- Calculating referral commissions between users.
- Preventing fraud, such as several accounts registering from the same IP address to abuse the referral system, or illegitimate repetition of offers and surveys.
- Contacting you about your account (email verification, important notices).
- Improving the Site and fixing technical problems.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We share very limited data with offer and survey partners (CPA networks and survey providers), only what they need to track your completion and confirm your reward, such as a temporary click or tracking ID. We do not sell your personal data (name, email, password) to anyone for marketing purposes.
We may also share data:
- When legally required (a court order or an official request from a competent authority).
- To protect our rights or other users' rights (for example, investigating fraud).
- With technical service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, content delivery and security such as Cloudflare, and email), under an obligation to protect the data.
4. Data security
Passwords are stored hashed and nobody, including our team, can see them in plain text. All communication with the Site uses HTTPS. However, no system is 100% secure; we do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language. Offer partners may use their own tracking cookies when you visit their pages through our Site; those are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
- You can view and edit your account data at any time in your account settings.
- You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us at the address below.
- You can stop receiving promotional emails (if any) from your account settings.
7. Minimum age
The Site is for users who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age to contract in your country, if higher) because of the financial nature of the service (earning and withdrawing money). If we discover an account belonging to someone under that age, we will close it immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will announce any material change on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new version.

خصوصيتك مهمة بالنسبة لنا. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها Trickle ("الموقع"، "نحن") وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها ومتى نشاركها. باستخدامك الموقع فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة هنا.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
لتشغيل الموقع ودفع مكافآتك بشكل صحيح نجمع:
- بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة بشكل مُشفّر ولا يمكننا قراءتها).
- بيانات الاستخدام: المهام والعروض والاستطلاعات التي تكملها، ورصيدك من الكوينز، وسجل نشاطك في الموقع.
- بيانات السحب: عنوان المحفظة الذي تدخله عند طلب السحب، ونستخدمه فقط لإرسال مستحقاتك.
- بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والجهاز والدولة التقريبية المستنتجة من عنوان IP. نستخدمها لأغراض الأمان ومنع الاحتيال (مثل اكتشاف الحسابات الوهمية التي تحيل نفسها) واختيار اللغة المناسبة.
- بيانات من الشركاء: عند إكمالك عرضًا أو استطلاعًا من طرف خارجي يرسلون لنا تأكيدًا (رقم تتبع ومبلغ المكافأة) وليس بيانات شخصية إضافية عنك.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل حسابك واحتساب رصيدك ومكافآتك بدقة.
- معالجة طلبات السحب.
- احتساب عمولات الإحالة بين المستخدمين.
- منع الاحتيال، مثل تسجيل عدة حسابات من نفس عنوان IP لاستغلال نظام الإحالة، أو التكرار غير المشروع للعروض والاستطلاعات.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك (تفعيل البريد والإشعارات المهمة).
- تحسين الموقع وحل المشكلات التقنية.
3. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف خارجية
نشارك بيانات محدودة جدًا مع شركاء العروض والاستطلاعات (شبكات CPA ومزودو الاستطلاعات)، وفقط ما يلزمهم لتتبع إكمالك وتأكيد استحقاقك للمكافأة، مثل رقم تعريف مؤقت للنقرة أو التتبع. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم والبريد وكلمة المرور) لأي جهة لأغراض تسويقية.
وقد نشارك البيانات أيضًا:
- عند وجود إلزام قانوني (أمر قضائي أو طلب رسمي من جهة مختصة).
- لحماية حقوقنا أو حقوق المستخدمين الآخرين (مثل التحقيق في الاحتيال).
- مع مزودي خدمات تقنية يساعدوننا في تشغيل الموقع (الاستضافة وتوصيل المحتوى والحماية مثل Cloudflare والبريد الإلكتروني) وهم ملتزمون بحماية البيانات.
4. أمان بياناتك
تُخزَّن كلمات المرور بشكل مُشفّر ولا يستطيع أحد، حتى فريقنا، رؤيتها كنص عادي. وتتم جميع التعاملات مع الموقع عبر اتصال آمن (HTTPS). ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، ونبذل قصارى جهدنا لحماية بياناتك دون أن نضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.
5. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
نستخدم كوكيز وتخزينًا محليًا أساسيين للحفاظ على تسجيل دخولك وتذكّر تفضيلاتك مثل اللغة. وقد يستخدم شركاء العروض كوكيز تتبع خاصة بهم عند زيارتك صفحاتهم عبر موقعنا، وتخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.
6. حقوقك
- يمكنك عرض بيانات حسابك وتعديلها في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب.
- يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه.
- يمكنك إيقاف استلام أي رسائل ترويجية (إن وُجدت) من إعدادات الحساب.
7. الحد الأدنى للسن
الموقع مخصص لمن بلغ 18 عامًا على الأقل (أو السن القانونية للتعاقد في بلدك إن كانت أعلى) بسبب الطبيعة المالية للخدمة (كسب الأموال وسحبها). وإذا اكتشفنا حسابًا لشخص أقل من هذه السن فسنغلقه فورًا.
8. التغييرات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنعلن عن أي تغيير جوهري على الموقع. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.
9. التواصل واللغة
لأي استفسار عن الخصوصية راسلنا على [email protected]. هذه السياسة متوفرة بالإنجليزية والعربية، وعند وجود أي اختلاف بين النسختين تُعتمد النسخة الإنجليزية.
